Systems Administrator
Full-time Linux system administrator proficient in Red Hat Linux; experienced with DNS,
email, networking, voice and data circuits, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle and Windows desktops.
Experience with VXML helpful. Must have good communication and documentation skills.
Primary duties include: Roll-out a multi-facility application co-location; implementing
DNS; server and desktop backup administration; monitoring J2EE production application
and email; monitoring and performing server and peripheral installations; software
updates and installations, repairing and troubleshooting server, network, voice and
data circuits, security and application issues; assisting staff as required.
Desired credentials: Bachelor’s degree in science, math or computer-related field
required with 3 years Red Hat Linux system administration experience with strong
networking knowledge.

Oracle Database Developer/DBA
Full-time Oracle Developer/DBA with strong overall conceptual knowledge of
internal operations and development techniques in a Red Hat Linux environment.
Primary duties include: Designing, implementing and monitoring a multi-database
backup strategy; monitoring and troubleshooting databases; query and index development
with integration into J2EE application; table and index design and build; PL/SQL development.
Desired credentials: Bachelor’s degree in science, math or computer-related field
required with 5 years Oracle database development/DBA experience in a Unix-based environment.

Regional Sales Executive
Full-time, qualified, professional, self-motivated person with a proven record of
accomplishment in selling technology solutions in healthcare. Compensation includes
salary and commissions; there are no caps on earning levels. All inquiries will remain
confidential.
Primary duties include: Prospecting for new business and clients using consultative
sales strategies to overcome objections; "cold calling" via telemarketing and walking
in to businesses; presentations and demonstrations to senior decision makers; creating
and developing own leads and client base (some provided); accurately documenting all
sales related activity in our sales management system. Must have effective and positive
relationship management and organizational skills as well as strong written, oral and
interpersonal communications skills. Travel required.
Desired credentials: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in healthcare
technology sales; minimum 5 years of documented sales success.

Customer Service Executive
Full-time position interacts with CareTouch™ subscribers, their communities, care
providers and employees to resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Primary duties include: Acting as the primary point of contact for services,
required to interact with other companies on behalf of CareTouch™ and its customers;
accurately documenting all service related activity in our case management system.
Participating in multiple vendor relationships by coordinating the purchase,
delivery and reporting of ancillary products as well as in the creation and
maintenance of our knowledge library. Also responsible for providing ongoing
product feedback to the CareTouch™ development team.
Desired credentials: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in
healthcare service industry; 2+ years customer service experience in a call center.
